We are currently seeking –
Energy Sales Advisors to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for driven, customer-focused individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell energy products and services for one of the UK’s leading energy suppliers.
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face field sales, either door-to-door or at events, to explain the benefits of switching energy providers.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet customers’ energy needs, ensuring they receive the best deals and services available.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer service and ethics.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding pricing, tariffs, and contracts.
- Represent the brand professionally and maintain in-depth knowledge of the energy market and company products.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in helping customers make informed decisions about their energy needs.
- Confidence and resilience in engaging with customers face-to-face.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
